Just enjoyed a two night stay bed and breakfast. Room was family room super clean spacious and welcoming. Staff were lovely so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was really nice and something for everyone. Didn't want to leave will definitely be booking again.
Great value Hotel in the heart of Blackpool offering easy access to all the main attractions. The room was clean and bed comfortable with everything you need. On arrival the reception staff were very friendly offering advice on parking and how to get to where I was going out too. They have free entertainment every night and have multiple lounge areas for guests to relax.
Staff were really friendly. Rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast superb. Only downside for me was that was a bus trip staying at the hotel and they tended to take over the communal areas without any consideration for the other guests. The lift wasn't great either. I would stay again howeverRooms: 4/5
Just back from a 2 night stay. Wish it would have been longer. Great hotel and definitely going back. My only quibbles? Yes, there has to be something is that the rooms are so hot! Struggled if we’re honest.. and they needed better ales on in the bar & function room! Ha my only quibbles because this is a friendly hotel and we loved it. Going back!
This is our first time here, we love it, the staff are very friendly and welcoming and happy to help. The room we have is extremely clean and modern wonderful bathroom. The food is excellent and a great variety to choose from. We are still here as I'm writing this and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend a visit Food & drinks: Excellent food
Disappointing choice of food . Didn't eat there the first day. Average breakfast. Turkey dinner started well was shown to our table by the waiter. Took our seats then told by other customers that the table we had been seated at was reserved. Waiter came took our order poured us our water provided us with bread rolls very attentive and couldn't fault him. Then from out of nowhere another middle aged bald waiter approached our table and rudely shouted this tables reserved. I told him we had been seated there and our order had been taken but if he was to find us a seat then we would happily move. My starter arrived it looked and tasted nice. Melon in orange liquor. Then my main arrived vegetables hard and cold and saturated in oil. Processed Turkey which was tapid . I removed myself from the dining area as I didn't want to make a scene and approached reception to inform them that for the second year running the food has been bitterly disappointing . I don't expect Michelin stars I do however expect it to be cooked to the legal requirements. The reception did offer me something from the bar but I declined didn't really fancy a pizza or burger after looking forward to a roast dinner and it being disrupted. I have been informed that I'm now banned from the trip next year. So if you've got any complaints keep them to yourself the management obviously don't want to acknowledge them anyway.
My family booked the restaurant for a family celebration. True northern hospitality. Staff very attentive, friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. Quality food, beautifully presented and served hot!. Can't fault this venue.Service: 5/5
We just came back yesterday from this hotel. I have to say it was such a wonderful place to stay in. The bed was very comfortable and clean, good quality bed linen. The bathroom was really nice with a good working shower. The staff were all lovely. Very helpful. The bar area was really nice. Didn’t have any food there, but would next time as the food looked fantastic. Good location. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.
Wonderful staff throughout the hotel. Waiter's and waitresses went that extra mile. Especially Enzo. All lovely from house keeping, to bar and entrainment staff. Great week . Had a ball live entrainment was fantastic.Rooms: 5/5
The staff showed a concern for their guests and were at all times keen to help and answer questions. The décor, carpets and furnishings were in good order with no sign of overdue refurbishment. The dining room staff were also very helpful and food was excellent. I particularly appreciated the timings for the evening meal as this made for an unhurried and peaceful experience and no doubt helped with staffing also. The location is very convenient for the Tower and amenities and, especially for me attending a classic car event on the Prom. The secure garage parking was important to me in this respect and access to the garage was made very easy. We enjoyed our experience and would chose this hotel again when we next stay in Blackpool. Some things would have improved our experience and, in some cases reduced costs for the Hotel: - We stayed in room 305 which was adequate but quite small. 1. We deposited the wet towels on the floor that resulted in us using 3 sets of towels instead of one. One, or better still two towel rails one at either side of the shower would have save laundering 12 towels. 2. Some of the lift floor indicator lights did not work resulting in passenger uncertainty about their progress. 3. Signage for the stairs was inadequate. We were on the third floor and I tried on three occasions to descend by the stairs and failed. I came to a sign on the second floor which had an arrow pointing straight down but could not find the stairs and finished up wandering the corridors and coming to a dead end. The décor and carpeting did not provide any clues either. Had I discovered the route I would have got more exercise and, at the same time reduced demand for the lift. Not withstanding the above please extend our thanks to the staff for a wonderful stay. Yours sincerely John K Slater
