Love this hotel, been coming for 25 years. Seen old and new faces. Rooms have been updated and the food is gorgeous. Plenty spaces for car parking. Reception staff are friendly. My daughter had her wedding here on October 2021, and what a party it was. All the staff are brilliantRooms: 5/5
The staff are very pleasant and the food is great plenty of it. The rooms are cosy but had a sea view so great. One of the lifts was out of order so that caused a lot of waiting. The only issue we had was in the bar seating was an issue with some older people who were unbelievably nasty behaving like they owned the place - regulars. The entertainment was brilliant and the bar staff were very friendly and helpful. All in all a pleasant experience. Rooms: Cosy but clean. Sea view. Food & drinks: Food was ample and very tasty. Well done to the staff.
The top staff and food were amazing and the room was very comfortable and great. I'm not gonna drop a star for this is only one thing that needs to improve fire alarm in the morning woke me up, would be nice for the receptionist to put up what time it goes off. See you next year guysRooms: 5/5
While there is evidence of ongoing maintenance and upgrades, there have been cost savings made by using cheaper items that don't last more than one season. The hotel looks tired and in need of some serious money being spent on it, buy cheap, buy twice. The restaurant serves good quality meals, the staff are friendly and helpful.Rooms: 3/5
The staff here are fantastic everytime you visit its like visiting family. Alan from behind the bar was amazing last week when my mum was poorly, calling the paramedics giving them all the information they needed to made sure she got the treatment she required and didn't leave us until we were on the way to hospital. I am so grateful he was the first aider on duty that evening I can't thank him enough. He said he was only doing his job, but to me it was much more than that, hus actions may have prevented my mum having a stroke later down the line. Rooms: Really need refurbishing with better pillows, showers and heating, also bed linen needs to be changed once a week at least.
Lovely hotel. Room at back of the hotel on ground floor so had road noice and street lights. Small but clean.. Food excellent. Entertainment excellent. Staff very friendly. Waitress staff very helpful Rachel and Calum. Paul bar staff. Great location. 15 minute walk from Tower. Highly recommended.
Decent hotel. However breakfasts are awful. Cheapest ingredients they can buy so they are very hit and miss... drinks in bar are way too expensive but rooms are comfortable enough for short stay.Rooms: 4/5
This place was amongst the highest rated placed id stayed in for me personally although the hotel is only a 2* which to me is so unfair. I've stayed in 4*+ hotels that have been much worse than Tiffanys. I found only 1 area with issues, my whole week there, it is why ive only given a 4 for room. Although I had a refurbished 4 poster seaview room which should have been well decorated and such, the room had a very uneven floor. So bad I fell twice and had several near missesit made me feel i had very high heels on and was toppling forward. The room being on 1st floorrm113had the floodlight facing directly into the room until all lights went off around midnight. And lastly the four poster didnt have any soft furnishings on the bar structures which looked odd and bare. Some voils would have been nice and not expensive to buy/make. It had a great large double Jacuzzi in the beautiful bathroom with a fitted tv too so you could watch and soak at the same time. Staff were very professional whilst helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much for staff wether they were cleaner diiung or reception staff. Must give a shout out for Jake frim receptiin,Michelle in front of house dining room and the brilliantly talented chef's as meals were superb. Nearby activities: Not far from north pier within easy walking distance. There tram stops just slightly up from hotel and taxi rank next to neighbourung hotel.Hotel has nightly entertainment on including bingo. All Blackpool has to offer just a short tram ride south bound. Northbound by tram is Cleveleys and fleetwood which is worth a visit they have good markets. Safety: Theres only 1 small lift. It fits maybe 4 standing or one wheelchair or pushchair and 1 or 2 people.Could do with an additional one for other side of hotel. Although didnt effect me due to being where lift was situated the corridors are very narrow again in the event of a fire, wheelchairs/pushchairs would have trouble manoeuvring themselves and in turn would prevent mobile patrons leaving the building. There is a downstairs chair parking area if not totally wheelchair bound. At front of building there's slippy steps no ramp. Wheelchair access is around the back of the building which is quite a distance to get round. Food & drinks: Tge food us serves buffet style for breakfast and waiter service in evening meal which is a 5 course meal beautifully served.
We booked all inclusive and we were very disappointed only allowed one drink per wrist band and had to take your empty glass to the bar before you got another drink and the bar staff were not very friendly I've been to a lot of A/I Hotels and never experienced this before it was like they were watching your every move and limiting how much you were drinking not a very nice atmosphere and I would never recommend this hotel to anybody it was so bad we left a day early Rooms: 4 poster bed was just an iron frame around the bed,the jacuzzi was very uncomfortable and difficult to get in and out of Food & drinks: The breakfast had enough variety and was very nice except getting the toaster to work properly, lunch was take it or leave it no choice, dinner was reasonable and the staff were helpfull
Its a great place. Away from the hustle and bustle but still near enough to all the attractions. Great food. Nightly entertainment and even a spot of bingo. The staff work so very hard. The rooms are clean and looked after. My only issue is the rooms are so warm but this is probably more a personal issue. Blackout curtains might be good option. I would certainly come back and wouldnt consider staying anywhere else in Blackpool.
