Well, where can I start! The staff were beyond friendly! Kev and Jay make the perfect team! They are the shining examples of great customer service! Their loyalty to the hotel and customers is second to none! They went out of their way to help you, be friendly and very informative! 5 stars all day! The management team really needs to hold on to these guys! Listen to their ideas and once again, the hotel will be great! The breakfast experience is beyond another 5 stars! The rooms were clean and comfortable, nothing was any trouble for the staff.. I will certainly recommend a stay here! Now management spends your money and invests ! Keep your main assets your staff! Well done, guys! Rooms: Great clean basic . Invest in bigger TVs! Nearby activities: Centre of Blackpool. The tower and Central pier. Safety: Secure place, staffed 24/7 secure parking! Walkability: Access to train stations and beach front walking distance! Food & drinks: Only breakfast is available but great! Noteworthy details: Staff are a main asset to this hotel.
A warm welcome by Julie and the team, comfy beds and a fabulous full English breakfast! The common area in the bar was spacious with lovely places to sit for groups and couples. The staff and guests were all very friendly and welcoming. It’s no surprise that people keep coming back to The Beechfield, it was very lovely Rooms: 4/5

Room was clean especially the bathroom Bedding was good. Carpet has seen better days Man at reception when we arrived was a bit miserable and has a bit too learn about customer service.

Had a great weekend at the Beechfield hotel the breakfast staff Laura the waitress 10 out 10 service and the night staff jay and Becky go above and beyond to help us from all the Scot’s jay even fix the Tv in my roomRooms: 5/5
Great location. Fixtures and fittings old and worn and need a good uplift. People are great and helpful. Breakfast is included and is yummy. Overall great value for money and great for a short stay. My kids loved it !Rooms: 3/5
