Nice clean rooms. Very comfy beds. Nice and quiet. Convenient location for the town centre. Lovely breakfast. I will say the bar is very expensive but as a place to stay it really is great

Great hotel, excellent value for money especially after the fab refurb. Plus the showers are really powerful. Staff also incredibly helpful approachable and professional. Thank you!

Off Peak: Lovely hotel, pleasant staff, traditional and continental breakfast as expected. Restaurant nothing to invite chef Ramsay over to sample but good choices. Cashing in on the "sea view" side of things, I appreciate the difficulty of cleaning the windows regularly but the view marred by seagull faeces and caked on salt, looked mildly foggy at all times. At the price per night the services of a window cleaner might be affordable, although a substantial cost must be incurred with the heating fees, everywhere roasting at all times. Will be back at peak times to re-review.

Room was brilliant, loved the sea view. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection was good but as we came late in the morning it had obviously been kept warm or re heated.

The receptionist was a little nice, and the place wasn't bad at all. But the bathroom was too small, and the room was close to the road so we can hear drunk people screaming shouting laughing and etc. On the other hand the beach is a walking distance from the hotel. It's one of the cheapest hotels near the beach so you get what you paid for.
