Lovely place with clean and comfortable rooms and very friendly staff. There's only 5 free parking spaces but we were lucky enough to grab one of them. As soon as we arrived we were asked how we travelled and was given information on where we could park. Reasonable rates and delicious breakfast. Free refreshments in the room also included bottles of water are provided and appreciated for those who don't like drinking tap water. Only a couple of minutes walk to the sea front and tower etc. would definitely recommend this place if visiting Blackpool.

Place was lovely. The owner was very welcoming and helpful. Room was way too small could barely move in there. Food was nice!!

This is the fourth time I've stayed in Blackpool and it is much better than anywhere else I've stayed. Top draw Bed and Breakfast

All Very helpful and friendly staff ,Martin looks after you .i am a disabled wheelchair user so it's good to know there's one place in Blackpool that has rooms on ground floor as only few steps to get inside from street level to get in. The breakfast selection is very good . This my 3rd time here and am very happy with this place .

Love this place, All friendly staff, excellent location, 4 minutes walk from the train station, we had a top floor room which was really clean and spacious, Guy at reception and the friendly waitress were great especially. I would rate this place 11/10 . Respect for the manager for running such a great business, Thank you to all the staff at Pelham Place. Anthony , Jason and Darren from Plymouth
