Been going to Blackpool for years and this is the best place I have stayed in. Great friendly staff really nice clean hotel excellent bar area where you can swing a cat! and the prices are tip top. Well done Steve and the rest of the staff.

Steve and Tina are fantastic host's. Food was great and plenty of it. Definitely worth a repeat visit.

Booked for 16 people 10 minutes before arriving. Excellent customer service. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Good location

Stayed here Thuraday through to Monday morning. It's a really friendly place. Had a iffy start, we fot to our room and above was banging loudly, screaming and then singing/swearing. We asked to move room and they sorted this out very quickly. Good price all in all for what was offered. I got breakfast included with my stay which was bonus. I would recommend staying here as it's a stone throw away from everything you need. The town centre isn't far and the beach is about 10 - 15 minute walk. The only let down would be the wifi which is included but did not reach to our room very well. No shower soap holder, no toilet scrub, Our bathroom door wouldn't shut, hearing was low/off moat nights and the parking is very limited. Apart from that everything was amazing. The food is beautiful. On the first day I had the serloin steak deal and the breakfast is lovely in the morning you can choose from cereal and/or full English a long with small drink and/or hot drink. All in all I would go again for sure and would recommend to anyone.
