Lovely B&B in walking distance to all relevant sights and good value for money! Stayed in the single room, bed was comfy, TV, kettle, tea, coffee all provided. Considering the other guests the place seems really family friendly. Owners are super welcoming and helpful! Would recommend to others and book again in future. Breakfast was ace!

Friendly family run B&B and a joy to stay at. Daz and Jo where very helpfull with nothing to much trouble, the breakfast was great to set you up before a day off site seeing.

Great place to stay very family friends. And the rooms are really comfortable. The owners are lovely and so welcoming too.

Can't recommend this place enough!! Couldn't have found a better place to stay at. Darren is amazing and always ready to please his guests no matter . Thanks so much for making our visit a great one xx

Lovely staff, good value rooms for the money and a nice breakfast - the place is about a 5-10 minute walk from the blackpool tower.
