Fantastic little gem. The hotel was very clean. Our room ,although a bit on the small side,was well furnished and spotlessly clean.  One small niggle was the lack of a wardrobe in our room. There was a space to hang clothes but not much. When we arrived the owner moved her car for us so we could park right by the hotel. Definitely a plus in Blackpool where a days parking can be very expensive. We only stayed 1 night but we will be returning again soon,if only for the fantastic breakfast.
