"The Riverside at Acton Bridge is a delightful country pub in a gorgeous setting overlooking the River Weaver.Find a spot on the terrace and watch the water with a pint of real ale or a crisp glass of white wine. Muddy boots and paws are always welcome so make a stop on your next dog walk or cycle."

Had a gorgeous meal at the Riverside yesterday evening. The food was really delicious. The restaurant looks lovely and very clean. The waitress who was serving us was very polite and always smiling. The food has definitely improved since the changes! Will be visiting again:!
Seen this place when traveling site to site. Always wanted to bring my family here. Perfect opportunity I had been for a day in Blackpool and it was on route back. So suggested it to the mrs and little one. Not so little 9?? She had 2 kids meals of the chicken dippers said its the best she's ever tasted the mrs had hunters chicken me the same on the first occasion. We now travel from stoke on trent to eat here food is amazing 9.5/10 no one has got a 10 yet . Staff are friendly and views amazing sat in the windows by the river weaver. Would definately recommend
Sat at a nice table served by very polite and helpful staff. Everything was served quickly and all food was amazing. Have been previously and will continue to.
We arrived and were seated fairly quickly. Our drinks order was taken but took around 15 mins to arrive. We then waited a following 10 mins to order our food, I ended up getting the waitresses attention. I think all this was more our particular waitresses fault rather than the place not being ran well etc. The food I had was beautiful 9/10 signature burger but my finaces chicken burger was overcooked and the buttermilk coating very dark and unpleasant tasting in parts due to overcooking. Really nice place to sit and eat on a nice day, a bit inconsistent in terms of wait times and quality as can be seen. I would go back but my fiance probably won't wish to due to the long wait and her food not being the best. My food was nice enough for me not to care about the wait in the end.
First visit - food and service was excellent the view from our table in the conservatory was great. Kelly was really nice and helpful . Lovely pub inside and out xx
Called in few weeks ago for Mums Birthday and had such an amazing meal, Love this place, Very Spacious inside and spotless with nice decor, We had the Steak and it was cooked perfect. Staff were very friendly and helpful Collette, Erina and Nia ..loved the little doggy treats trolley, Definately returning soon....
Visited The Riverside Inn for a birthday meal with family. Sat outside which afforded us a picturesque view of the river. Meals are 2 for 1 so great value. Food was tasty pub grub. Staff friendly and helpful. Absolutely will be returning.
FANTASTIC restaurant inside and out.. Very friendly staff really nice who welcome you as you enter the restaurant.. smiling laughing joking brilliant service's fabulous meals and a great view seat in side the restaurant watching the boats pass by going down the River
Lovely location. Service a bit slow maybe short staffed? So that would be understandable. The food was average. Typical pub food. Staff were nice and friendly. Overall a nice experience. Just noticed I was charged £3.10 for half a glass of Pepsi max is that right?
Fantastic food, amazing service, great value for money. Must visit whether your on your own or with family ... loved it
