I wish I could share a positive experience, as I had high expectations for this hotel during our short 2-night stay in London. Unfortunately, our stay was incredibly disappointing. The check-in experience was terrible, to say the least. We arrived earlier than expected, and while I didn’t expect the room to be ready, we were offered to store our luggage, which was fine. However, when we returned for check-in, we were informed that the hotel was fully booked. Despite having reserved and paid in advance, we were given a much inferior room, which was clearly not what I had paid for. If the staff had shown any consideration for their guests, they would have offered to check us in earlier, and it would have prevented our original room from being resold. Furthermore, even though our original booking was for three people in a room that included a sofa bed, the hotel tried to charge us extra for a bed for our daughter at check-in. The entire situation was handled poorly. The front desk staff we interacted with lacked basic customer service skills. To make matters worse, the room we were placed in was well below 4-star standards. The shower head holder was broken, the bathtub drain didn’t work, and the carpet had noticeable stains. The curtains were dusty, and there were no plugs to charge a phone near the bedside lockers, which it is inconvenient. The only positive was that the bed was comfortable, but it is clear that maintenance and cleanliness are not a priority. On top of all that, there were noisy guests in the corridor throughout the night. Overall, the entire experience was incredibly frustrating. Aside from its convenient location, I would have given this hotel a zero-star review. I would not recommend it to anyone seeking quality service or accommodations.

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at the hotel, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. We chose this hotel for our wedding night, and the staff went above and beyond to make it incredibly special. Upon our arrival, we were thrilled to discover that we had been upgraded to a stunning suite, complete with complimentary champagne and a beautifully arranged display of roses on the bed. It was such a thoughtful gesture that truly made our day even more magical. The level of customer service we received throughout our stay was nothing short of outstanding. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring that we had the best experience possible. We were continuously delighted by the care and attention to detail that went into making our stay so memorable. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. Whether you prefer a hearty meal or something light, the breakfast spread had something for everyone. It was the perfect way to start our day. The hotel’s facilities were equally impressive. We spent some time relaxing in the swimming pool, sauna, and steam room, all of which were impeccably maintained and provided a wonderfully soothing escape. In summary, our stay was nothing short of perfection. From the luxurious suite to the exceptional service and top-notch amenities, every aspect of our visit exceeded our expectations. We are incredibly grateful for the care and attention that made our wedding night so special. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an outstanding and enjoyable experience. We can’t wait to return! Safety: Very safe Walkability: The hotel is ideally located in a vibrant area with convenient access to central London. Local buses provide direct routes into the city, making it easy to explore all the major attractions. For a unique experience, the Uber Boat offers an enjoyable ride along the River Thames, allowing you to take in the sights from the water. The nearest underground station, Battersea Power Station, is just a 10-minute walk away and offers excellent links to the whole of London, making it the perfect base for your city adventures.
Nice hotel with large, clean rooms. Decent breakfast. Helpful staff. However, the lack of electrical sockets next to the bed was extremely frustrating! The spa was very basic to the point of not even being worth using. Also, I’m sure this is not the hotel’s fault - but I had zero mobile data coverage anywhere near the hotel, which was odd
The hotel is located in Battersea right next to all the new and exciting development and activities they are creating in this area. Rooms are comfortable and very well cleaned. Staff is specially helpful and nice. I had a family health issue and Estephany did everything and more in her power to help us. We are really thankful. Always here when my family comes to London

The spa was incredibly relaxing, but the highlight was the amazing service. Silva, the supervisor, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His professionalism and kindness made my stay truly special. Highly recommend this hotel and its exceptional team!
Absolutely loved staying at this hotel. I needed a self care spa day away from home. Used the pool, sauna and massage services. Steam room was out of order. A little disappointed since I particularly booked for the steam room. Still enjoyed the other services so it’s ok. I’ll definitely book again! Amazing views from my roomRooms: 5/5
We love staying at this hotel, fantastic location, comfortable beds, quiet rooms. Although everything on the whole was perfect, I would like to give some feedback and a suggestion that I believe would make the experience better for guests using the spa facilities. The pool in the spa area is tiny, the area is dimly lit and ambient; on paper this is perfect for some rest and rejuvenation. In my opinion this is not suitable for children and especially not poorly-behaved children who splash and make a lot of noise. Most spas do not allow children as it can impact on the enjoyment of guests who are looking to relax. There are plenty of leisure centres/lidos in London that are better suited for families with small children. We tried and failed to use the pool twice as the space in the pool was entirely taken up by families splashing around and children shouting. It was impossible to swim lengths of the pool. We witnessed children jumping into the pool and very little was done to stop this behaviour. My suggestion is that a dedicated splash time for children is introduced in order to improve the experience of guests from every age group.
Located in a safe feeling area very close by to Battersea Power Station making it a great area for eating out, shopping and finding fun activities to do. We stayed the night for my boyfriend’s birthday and the staff kindly added 2 muffins for us in the room which we didn’t expect so it was really nice to come in to! You can tell the staff really cared about everyone staying there and the attention to detail in the hotel is amazing. I look forward to staying here again!! Rooms: Nice size, clean, comfy beds Walkability: Very close to everything Food & drinks: Lots of options for restaurants and bars near by, both in Battersea Power Station and surrounding areas
Unfortunately I had a bad experience with my stay at the hotel because someone stole a bag from my room while I was not there. Had only 2 nights stay, everything else was OK but the situation was handled poorly as no apologies or solutions were provided. Be careful with your belongings even if it’s a paper bag with sweets you bought for your kids back home :
