The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I stayed on the 4th floor, which the room was clean, and both the bed and bathroom were well-maintained. However, I did notice a few hairs and some dust on the carpet, so it could use a bit more vacuuming. The hair dryer and 1 outlet were not working. There's a lift available, and the location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from Victoria Station, with plenty of pubs, bars, and restaurants nearby. Note that there's no parking on-site, so you'll need to find street parking. Rooms: The hair dryer is not working. There is a lift available. Nearby activities: Located nearby all of major attractions. Safety: There are 2 keys, one for a room and one for front-door. Neighborhood is okay to walk. I saw people walks all the times Walkability: From hotel you can walk to everywhere train station, pubs, bus stops, Buckingham Palace, Bigben and convenient stores. Food & drinks: There are a lot of pubs and restaurants nearby. Also a meal deal in convenient stores
Budget friendly hotel in a very nice part of central London. Very close to lots of restaurants, bars, breakfast options and sites to see. Super close to Victoria Station so transiting is easy. Pleasant and helpful reception staff.Rooms: 5/5
Was extremely disappointed with how rude and unwelcoming one of the receptionists was. I was confronted about the fact that I didn’t sound confident enough about the details of my booking even though I presented those on my phone app multiple times and was pretty much reproached by the guy as if I was a guilty teenager who came back home past their curfew. I was exhausted after my journey and was expecting a more friendly or at least respectful greeting.
After being stranded in London thanks to last train cancelled, I phoned about 8 hotels -all fully booked. I got through to a staff member at OYO who was really kind and although fully booked he found the last room at OYO townhouse. He was so kind, keeping me on the phone while he looked for me, letting me book and pay whilst he stayed there- making me feel much safer! and I was incredibly relieved to get into the room which was clean and comfortable
Booked and paid for online, arrived to check in and they couldn't find my reservation. After 20 mins found it had been cancelled by OYO despite taking the payment. No reason as to why it had been cancelled. Told booking.com will sort it out which they did, found me a much nicer hotel that was a lot better than this shabby looking hotel
The location is close to all major tourist attractions. The bed was very comfortable. The staff at the reception was friendly. There is a room where you can leave your luggage if you arrive before check-in. But also if you check out early. They didn't ask us for the £100 as mentioned by other tourists. The bathroom needs renovation as there is rust in the shower cubicle and on the radiator. If you stay in the ground floor room it is noisy and you have to stay with the curtains drawn. The hairdryer didn't work, but if you ask at reception for a working one, you get one. Food & drinks: The Queens arms
although it is pretty well located, the cleanliness was subpar, the bathroom flooded because both the shower and sink drains were clogged and it looked like the staff couldn't care less, even after complaining a couple of times.Rooms: 2/5
A good budget hotel, convenient for being very close to Victoria. Unfortunately, the room my son had didn’t lock and despite mentioning it to reception they were told not to worry and everything would be looked after! Not really the point!Rooms: 3/5
Great location, very friendly welcome. Room was small but comfortable, a little loud on the street but the bed was comfortable and the shower was decent two most important factors on a solo stay for 1 nightRooms: 4/5
It's a great hotel: it's near the city center about 30 minutes walking, the coach and train station is also near, the hotel was clean and we could let our baggaging there the last day for free. Thank you! If I come back, I would repeat.Rooms: 5/5
