After reading the reviews I was expecting the worst but honestly it wasn't bad at all! Rooms are small, but had everything we needed for a weekend in London. We had a room with a private bathroom which was nice as well. The bed looked shabby but turned out to be the biggest surprise, a bit small for 2 people but me and my wife managed. The hotel was noisy and the door although locked let in some light from the hallway which you could have an issue with. Close to all the right spots and has some nice breakfast spots in the surrounding area. All in all, for the price we paid it was a good spot to sleep after a long day spend in London.
First time staying here, and it was a great choice. Brilliant location for the coach station and central attractions. We walked everywhere instead of using the crowded tubes. Great price with breakfast included. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. The hotel was clean, and we received daily room service, which was a pleasant surprise. Will definitely return .
I have stayed there for two night and we are a family where we got a very bad experience. We had a check in time for 15:00 but asks for early check in as we reached there early in the morning. We had to stand out of the hotel for almost one hour and the bathroom and showers were shared and the rooms were unclean and smelling dirty. The house keeping who clean every morning did not even bother to change the sheets and just removed the extra waste in the room and did not even clear the proper bin. We had to stay in the top most floor and I had aged parents who couldn’t climb so much as well. Over all it was a bad experience and I would say think before you choose a long stay here. Rooms: Rooms were very congested and unclean and smelly.
Kind of a shabby room, but at least a private bathroom. London isn't cheap, so it's good value. Cute neighborhood to grab some food, and very accessible to public transit to get around to the sites.Rooms: 3/5
I stayed in a small single room. Shared shower, toilet outside bedroom.room was clean, toilet was clean, shower hot water, tea, coffee in room, A lot of noise at night in the hotel. Bed uncomfortable. For the money I paid I think I should have shower and toilet in the bedroom. I had to climb up 2 flights of stairs for the shower.good location for train and coach station. I will not stay there sgain.
Cleaning and housekeeping services are highly appreciable, location is also convenient to victoria and central London. Good staff-good service. Value for moneyRooms: 5/5
The hotel is ideally located with excellent transport links. Clean rooms, friendly 24/7 staff, and a private bathroom. Very close to Victoria Station, with a quick and easy check-in process .Rooms: 5/5
Not a good place to stay. Had to share bathroom. Toilet outside my single bed room. Very noise st night. Location good for train and coach station. Would not stay thete again.Rooms: 2/5
Nice room, great staff, amazing location. 6 minutes walk from Victoria Coach Station. Excellent value for this part of town.Rooms: 5/5
Not a bad little spot. It has a great location but it has tight spaces throughout the hallways and bedrooms. Definitely not made for those that are 6 ft or tallerRooms: 3/5
