Cannot recommend the Luxury Hut enough. Sought a specific piece of jewellery for a loved one's milestone birthday and had the most fantastic customer experience end-to-end dealing with Cheryl and Raj in the team in particular. Able to view the item, pay a deposit and arrange payment at a suitable time which suited me. A really pleasant purchasing experience and the piece was as described in immaculate condition with a fantastic, competitive price. Thank you to all at the Luxury Hut for their help! Lovely setting too / environment to purchase items.
I had such a smooth journey selling my watch at The Luxury Hut. The staff were extra friendly and kept me very informed every step of the process. They offered me a great price and paperwork was quick and easy to fill. Genuinely recommendation if you’re not in the mood for lots of faf! Quick and easy process.
Booked consultation for 12pm but the team happy to see me early. Painless experience selling my Rolex Lady Datejust. Fair valuation, explanation and walked away happy. These guys know their business. Recommended.

Want to give a great shout out and great review to all the team at The Luxury Hut. Sourced my dream watch for me at a great price. The care and attention they showed me was excellent and professional. Their new offices are stunning and a secure place to buy from. 10/10 from me!
Chancer! Avoid. Bought a Cartier ADLC described as unworn. Received in what looked as as unworn, further checks found; Original box had another makes details so not the correct box, warranty card and watch serial number not found on the Cartier site for warranty purpose. Screw missing from the back which was noticed a few months after purchase. I've emailed them regarding the screw to which I have had no reply. This is supposed to be a water resistant watch! Reply from the seller "the watch was sold as preowned in unworn condition, not unworn." I'd appreciate it if they were honest about the latter but they seem to avoid any responsibility by trying to misrepresent the item via the description which is contradictory. What an incredible team! I will be coming back again and again!! Went in for a Cartier and also ended up with a Sky Dweller I’ve been after!
