Great store with great quality watches. Would say staff could be a little friendlier like in the USA stores.
Had a problem with a watch strap that I had bought at Liberty's around the corner. Staff at the store could not have been more friendly, positive and proactive. This is a great store selling truly quality products and with great customer service. Well done guys lovely to see such high standards of goods and service.
