Surprised to find an independent watch supply and repair centre in this part of London. I received informative advice with evident enthusiasm to help me to make a good choice. I was, at times, steered towards lower cost alternatives. The contrast with larger retailers was clear. I also observed someone helped with a relatively simple watch repair. Again, this was accompanied by good, empathetic advice. I had visited several retailers in London and chose to buy from here.
Took my Cartier Santos a few weeks ago here as it was running fast. The guys here couldn’t have been lovelier and more helpful. They fixed the issue while I waited and explained exactly what had happened. Can’t recommend them enough. They really care about their work. First Class!:
A fantastic watch shop with friendly attentive old fashioned service. What a rare find these days. A shop where the staff are knowledgeable and passionate about what they sell. It feels like somewhere you can trust. My questions were answered properly rather than the all too often shrug and “I dunno” response. They’ve got a good repair department and replaced a watch battery and told me how much a replacement strap would be in 10 mins. I bought a great watch from them. Their range is from cheap and cheerful right up to high end luxury brands, but they only stock brands which they know are made properly and at a fair price. They also have a nice selection of Jewellery. I won’t go anywhere else in future.
Amazing experience with Alsal Watches. My Omega Speedmaster had stopped working so I took it to Alsal after reading so many positive reviews online. I'm so glad I did. They diagnosed and fixed the problem without charge! I would not hesitate to recommend this amazing place if you need your watch repaired. I will certainly be visiting again when my watch needs a service.
We had an exceptional experience at Alsal Watches in London, where we took a very importatn diamond ring in for repair. The staff was not only highly skilled and efficient, identifying and fixing the issue with remarkable attention to detail, but also incredibly polite and friendly, making the whole process enjoyable. The cost was very reasonable, reflecting their commitment to excellent service and fair pricing. I wholeheartedly recommend Alsal Watches for their outstanding craftsmanship and customer care, and I will definitely return for any future repair needs. Plus I bought a lovely pocket watch and the owner took the time to set it and show me how to wear it properly!
This is how a business should be run. Friendly, knowledgeable and caring staff. They keep you well updated on how long a repair might take. Plus some lovely pieces within affordable price ranges for a gift. Ideal if shopping for a birthday, Christmas, anniversary or just want to treat yourself.
Amazing service, can’t recommend enough! They were friendly, kind, super quick to repair my silver bracelet, and really really reasonably priced. This will absolutely be my go to for any repairs in future.
This little watch shop in central London is a total gem. Professional service, reasonable pricing and the kind of workmanship that you can no longer find elsewhere in the Uk. Long may it last!

What a rare find this business is! I took my antique engagement ring to be resized and to have the claws replaced. They did a fantastic job on a delicate relic! Real traditional experts. Guven was so helpful and pleasant to deal with - he sent me text updates as he worked. Can't recommend them highly enough!
