Another superb customer service experienced at the One New Change branch! Great communication with Ron keeping us informed and advised on their new stock and limited edition timepieces. The store manager Tom was welcoming and gave professional advise and let me tried other watches that I am interested without any pressure. I was pleasantly surprised that he offered to polish my wedding ring while waiting for the paperwork. This is the reason why customer keep returning to the same AD. Highly recommended.
I was on the hunt for a specific two colour Tudor Royal wristwatch. I spoke to Ali on the phone who confirmed they had the watch in stock and would hold it for me for the day. I visited the store the same day and was greeted warmly by all staff. The watch was presented with a cup of coffee and a very pleasant atmosphere. A sale was agreed and I left a very happy customer. Thank you.

i went to Fraser Hart with a watch that I had not bought there, to get its strap shortened. This was done quickly and efficiently. When I came to pay, I was told "There is no charge". I went in during my lunch break to get a ring cleaned. They were very helpful and cleaned this straight away whilst I waited, and now my ring is as good new. Great service!
This was my first time buying a luxury watch and I wanted to be able to collect it from a store and get it fitted rather than have it arrive in the post. Fraser Hart we’re very accommodating sourcing my watch from another branch that had it in stock and Ali was a legend with getting it fitted! I would definitely recommend Fraser hart to anyone that wants to buy any luxury jewellery and wants a great in store customer experience! 10/10
Absolutely amazing customer service. The amount of attention to detail, flexibility and empathy displayed by Kevin was second to none! The shop experience was amazing, attentive and bespoke, guided by Tom and other associates sadly don't remember their names which were clearly watch enthusiasts that knew what they were talking about. In regards to watch buying I can confidently say Fraser Hart One New Change were the best watch AD I have dealt with. If you are looking for a retailer in this segment, search no further.
