The watches do not have the best quality in the world, but they look good and are relatively inexpensive. On the other hand the leather bags are very expensive, but look really nice and well made.
Patricia and Farooq-Ali are absolutely friendly, helpful and smiling assistants. I went there to adjust the metal strap of my new watch and to engrave it as well. Definitely, happy to go back to this nice people and buy a new watch very soon!
Big thanks to Devlyn for kindness and help with choosing watch. I will be definitly back there because he is creating amazing atmosphere and have great personality.

I went to the Stratford fossil store today for a watch but unsure of what one exactly. I was served by a gentleman named Bryan who was possibly the most helpful and knowledgeable customer advisor I have dealt with. It was so refreshing having someone who was so patient and helpful yet not pushy. Fantastic service. Fantastic staff
