Oh my, what an addictive 'sweet shop' this is for gadget nuts! On a note serious note, I have been twice, firstly a few years ago to the 'old' store, and today to the 'new' flagship store in Oxford Street. On both occasions I was met by friendly helpful staff who bent over backwards to help me and ultimately they got their sales from me. High praise indeed in this day of internet shopping. On a more general note, it has been my experience that Victorinox kit and customer service generally are excellent, so keep up the good work!
Was trying to get my luggage wheels replaced after many years. Wrote an email to them with pictures of the wheels, luggage and its style no on a label inside the suitcase, and they confirmed the same day that they have storage of spare parts, and I can just bring over my luggage to get fixed. Brought my luggage today, they replaced all wheels on site within 10min, and I was ready to roll with my new wheels, and the service is free as warrantied. Staffs extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient. A great place to get product service and also buy new gears.
Went in just for a look and ended up buying a few bits and pieces. Got the damaged casing on my Swiss Army Knife replaced, you can build your own swiss army knife which is really cool. Such a clean and well laid out store, and fantastic customer service. The staff were excellent
I have a wonderful time buying my backpack and laptop cover in this shop. Alberto was the best in answering all questions and teaching me how to tighten and loosen the shoulder straps. The freebies were much appreciated of course. Alberto was very helpful, friendly and just amazing! Renee
Excellent store. I visited after work on a weekday, thankfully they're open til 9pm. They replaced my watch battery while I browsed the swiss army knives, and I walked away with a working watch and a new swiss army knife! Very tempting selection of kitchenware too... Excellent staff, the right level of friendliness not overbearing like many other stores. Also when I visited a good number of staff relative to the number of visitors.
Went to buy a fragrance for my mother, 100ml “For her”. It was priced £65 in store while it’s priced £42 on Amazon no special price or discount, seller was Victorinox store. They were not able to make me any price match. I would understand a £5 difference perhaps due to customer service and being sold in store but a 54% uplift is a massive difference that can not be justified. Of course I left and ordered it on Amazon.
Amazing customer service from Ahmed -- We went in looking for some carry on luggage for our trip back to Australia and were taken care of by Ahmed. We left with luggage some fragrance and a personalised luggage tag. His service was exceptional and we would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality luggage
