Amazing service! Quick and professional. I bought this new watch on an on-line shop and I wasn't sure if was working properly. I went to this shop for some advices and to replace the battery and... everything went perfect! Highly recommended
Super lovely couple at the shop who replaced my battery quickly and with care. We had a really nice chat, and it was just a nice reminder of how lovely and approachable people can be in the middle of a mad, impersonal city. Go to Harrys for your watches kids!
Simple battery replacement turned into massive saga. They smashed the face, then sent it off for repair. Repair was bodged, so sent off for another repair. The watch never returned lost apparently. But they did refund me the cost of the watch.
