I can't praise my experience with this company enough - from the professionally-done website and app where i chose my watch, to contacting them to reserve it, through to the quick despatch, payment and an adjustment to the links for me. A special mention goes to Eisha who dealt with it all for me calmly and professionally from start to finish including when the delivery went AWOL for 24hrs inside Royal Mail through no fault of W&J! - she has been a pleasure to deal with and is a credit to the company. Thanks Eisha and thanks W&J!
I wanted to like this company because a clean website and nice products can make a good impression. However, the issue lies in their service and how they conduct business. When I went to the shop, I was turned away by security. Upon ringing the bell, a woman told me I needed to schedule an appointment online, which seemed odd. I decided to follow the instructions, but to save time, I eventually called them. Another woman answered and requested a list of specific items I wanted to see which is a wild request from a shop while you stand outside. It struck me as a awful way to operate a customer facing business, especially for a business located on one of the nicest retail streets in London. Companies catering to high net worth clients and luxury items should have a more accommodating approach.

Originally I was pleased with my purchase of a Cartier watch, but unfortunately in the same month that I purchased it, it wasn’t running as it should a quartz watch that stopped running when it wasn’t worn. As I live outside the UK, I was hoping the seller would pay for my repair at Cartier, but this is not the case.
They were great! They stayed patient while I decided whether to purchase the watch I was looking at - an antique pocket watch. We then negotiated the price and came to an amicable price. Finally, they helped with customs from the UK to the US. All-around a wonderful experience. I highly recommend them and would definitely purchase from them again.

We have purchased many items of jewellery and watches from here and everything has been exceptional. The customer service and care throughout the process from start to finish has always been outstanding, this is our go to place when we require anything new. Recently, there was an incident which ended in watch papers being stolen and Nica was amazing. She has helped us hugely and managed to sort everything we required - we can’t thank her enough!! No doubt we will be back soon, thanks again for everything!
Excellent watch, price and service. Bought Rolex submariner 11613. Came securely packaged, arrived next day in like new condition. Would highly recommend.
Jude has been a fantastic help from the very start of buying my Rolex watch to receiving the delivery of it. He kept me informed all the way through the buying process The watch was exactly as described, delivery was very quick and all the staff are very friendly and helpful.
