All members of the team are very friendly and helpful, not just when they get to know you but right from the start. The store has a great range of beautiful watches from the finest manufacturers. Very impressed! Other places said that it would take 3 months to change the battery in my watch. Here, the watchmaker did it in-house, in three days and for a fraction of the price. Highly recommended.
Wempe in Bond Street are simply outstanding. I have been a customer of theirs for a number of years now and am very satisfied with the quality of service they provide and the great overall customer experience. They are second to none in terms of their knowledge on watches. On a number of occasions Daniella, Darragh and the rest of the team have gone out of their way to accommodate my requests and have been very flexible when I required them to be - really superb. I can't thank them enough. Me and my wife love " just popping in" to the store whilst roaming around Bond Street - we are always greeted with a smile, welcoming handshake and warm conversation :-
Back in November 2022, I walked into Wempe Bond Street to make an inquiry, instead of getting frustrated, which has happened in the past at all the other ADs and boutiques, Wempe' Sales Associate in Richard Argent showed me the dream watch. I had actually managed to acquire my dream watch at retail price; with no special treatment, no leverage purchase history, he was just honest about the watch availability. Richard is the best Sales Associate, staying true to every watch tells a story, my encounter with Richard and getting my dream watch at retail price is a great story to tell. Thank you for the opportunity.
I have known Wempe jewellers for quite sometime now, I have had dealings with Wempe Germany and New York, which I must say have the most esteemed customer service! Well I certainly can’t say the same for Danilella who apparently is the assistant manager at Wempe London, her attitude is very rude, extremely unhelpful she was very defensive and very pretentious. I would have walked in yesterday to buy a watch if was not for the way she handled me on the phone, extremely poor customer service, Richard who I also spoke to did however take over the conversation and handled things professionally. Please give Richard the assistant manager role.
First visit to Wempe London on my relentless pursuit to find an old vacheron’s harmony piece. Served by an Italian sales person who from the start seems to be pretentiously nice. Told they didn’t have the piece. Then I asked to look at a piece from other brand displayed on the window. Cheap piece. Not having purchased a watch from non-Singapore retailers, I asked what kind of discount can I expect from a London retailer. Firm answer: none, take it or leave it price here as all pieces are hard to get I think he’s young in the watch business and thinks I was new to watch. Is there anything else I can help you with he asked as he was ready to get up off his chair and walk us out. My wife said if only he knew what he missed…
Unbelievably welcoming team, having purchased a number of watches and pieces of jewellery from Wempe I can only commend them on their service, professionalism and attention to detail. First time I went into them was with my mother to purchase a watch to remember the passing of her sister and I was blown away with the service, as was she. Other retailers were more interested in concluding a sale instantly and did not care about the depth of the reasoning. Darragh and his team took time to make us feel very special and were genuinely unforgettable. Made it a very smooth and special journey for her. Since then I have been back and bought other items and can whole heartedly say, the team at Wempe is a family and they genuinely care about you and will ensure you buy the correct thing with as many options to make that choice from. Thank you for your incredible service, in particular to Darragh, very knowledgeable and personable. Customer for life!!
Excellent experience when purchasing a watch from Wempe. Daniella was brilliant - managed to locate the watch I wanted with minimum wait times and also provided a couple of complementary champagne bottles along side the purchase! Would thoroughly recommend.
I visited the branch on Friday after work just to have a browse and see if they had anything available as they never have any in stock. I walked in and was greeted and I had expressed I was just browsing. The gentlemen straight away stated they have no Rolex or pateks available which kind of threw me off as I hadn’t even asked if I was interested in those brands. The store was completely empty and I was the only customer there around that time. Not one person approached me and asked me what brands I am interested in nor did they seat me down and treat me like a respectable customer. I was so overwhelmed and shocked by the service I just couldn’t wait to get out of the store. I have been a customer of Wempe and if you search my name you will see I have purchase history with the brand. Shocking customer service which you do not expect from a authorised dealer of luxury brands. Very disrespectful and rude not to acknowledge your customers.
I sent in to Wempe, Bond Street for the first time 18 October 2016. I was only after a watch strap and a screw for my old Cartier clock. I was treated so well buy a salesman and the watchmaker. I just wanted to thank everyone there for the excellent service even though I did not buy anything. Excellent retail experience - the best in many years. Thank you.
