A nice antique place for silverware and jeweleries but not much for others. It used to have some good Asian stores but not many left and nothing impressive. A few art stores coming up. Overall still good to have a browse.
Manager proceeded to follow and harass me around the area, interrupted me whilst I was shopping to tell me I couldn’t stand by people who were also shopping with the sellers. Very disrespectful, racist, and condescending. Take your money to a respectful establishment.
The stars are for the value of an interesting stroll, not for a shopping experience. We did ask to see a couple of rings. Both vendors were way overpriced. Worse: they scolded! I shop online for vintage jewelry so I know respective values, and I know when prices are inflated due to location/brand Gray’s name, etc. take a stroll through for fun. That’s it.
Interesting indoor antique market, focusing mostly on antique jewellery. Many stands inside ans filled to the brim with products. There’s a few art galleries and antique Militaria stands. Certainly worth a browse when in the area. It’s located across the street from the entrance to Bond Street station…
Don't bother going in if you look young, I'm 40 and I was asked for ID by the supposed manager that followed me around whilst I was casually browsing the stalls like everyone else in there! Apparently they have a rule that you can't be in there alone if you're under 25!! Unfortunately my wife & kids don't share the same passion for antiques and horology as I do and would have ruined my visit, but to be honest that was then done by being ID'd clearly as a suspected criminal!! I was looking at vintage watches but unless you're looking for a Rolex you won't have much luck! The stall owners I spoke to were nice enough and most had a good selection of jewellery but as mentioned, the vintage watch selection/variation was disappointing!
Disgusting rude man here who discriminated me and physically and verbally abused me, should have phones the police when he just started pushing me around.
I was attracted by the amazing window display. It’s a very interesting place to look around. The jewellery and glassware inside were very beautiful! I highly recommend you take at least 2 hours to visit.
Verbally harassed and followed around, dont bother visiting or spending your money here. The man working here also called me several racial slurs unprovoked. Horrible experience i hope they are shut down
Amazing wide selection of antique jewellery. A building with multiple stores! Prices possibly 1-2 hundred pounds less than what most commercial stores would be selling at. I would definitely come back!
Witnessed a young man be harassed by the manager. Absolutely horrific, I should’ve called the police. London is no place for discrimination and abuse. Terrible, terrible.
