Horrific experience.  Purchased an item while in London.  Upon returning home one week later I saw a diamond was missing when I opened the case.   Notified immediately to return the item.  Do not have any trust with this Company. I have been trying to obtain a refund for three weeks now.  The Company has been in possession of the item for 10 days with no with no action and no response.  So appalled at their business practices.  Do not expect any professionalism or integrity with regard to Graff.

I am so incredibly lucky that my partner chose my engagement ring from GRAFF. To have a diamond ring on my finger that comes from such a prestigious jeweller known for its excellence in the industry is such an incredible feeling. I find myself looking at it and falling in love with it over and over again. Years on, and it’s never had any issues with the workmanship and when I’ve checked it in for a professional clean, it comes back sparkling!  We attended more recently to look at wedding bands and ended up falling in love with other pieces as well, which are now being made bespoke. Such an incredible experience from start to finish. Previously assisted by Clive, more recently by the wonderful Adrienne, I highly recommend GRAFF not only for it’s exquisite designs and quality of its diamonds, but also for the bespoke and personalised service offered by its sales executives.  The boutique itself is always spotlessly clean and the security personnel are welcoming regardless of the attire we turn up in. We have always been made to feel like the most special of clients and the service received is faultless. We look forward to returning very soon!
