I honestly don't know what's happened to Andrews in Clifton, this used to be a great letting agency, but we've just tried to do our annual let through them and the new management team are just awful.  Rude, bad at their jobs, we've had to push them every step of the way.  Avoid at all costs I'm afraid.

Their communication has been generally very good as a management company. As a letting agent, it left much to be desired; I had to chase them up for information on multiple occasions. However, they usually acknowledged that this wasn't acceptable and sorted things out.

Previously I'd written that any complaints I've had have always been handled immediately. For example, I had a leak in the bathroom, for which they sent a plumber to fix and also arranged to have the (mildly) damaged floor replaced.

However, recently this has not been the case. The property manager we've been dealing with has changed, and I've now been chasing a minor repair for over 6 weeks. Emails go unanswered, people enter the property without permission or notice, etc.

Used to be great when Vince worked there, we've used them for years for lettings, but the new team are young, inexperienced, rude and bad at their jobs, would really not recommend I'm afraid.

From the landlord's perspective, I have been very pleased with the service Andrews have provided.  I have used them for about 7 years. They are quick and efficient in marketing, and in selecting and arranging tenancies. They manage the tenancy well, requiring very little involvement from my side. When repairs and replacements are necessary, Andrews arranges them professionally and efficiently, yet they are careful about keeping costs under control. Andrews also provide timely and transparent information on costs incurred. Andrews are also are responsive to requests and instructions from my side.
In all my dealings with Andrews, their staff have unfailingly been helpful, efficient and cheerful.
