We are an independent family business offering a friendly, personal service dedicated to getting the very best results for our clients. We cover the prime residential areas in and around Bristol where we sell high quality houses, flats and residential property of all kinds in all price ranges. We are known especially for handling interesting and attractive properties with a good selection of fine family houses and, whether you are a seller or a buyer, we will do all we can to help you.

Much of our business comes through personal recommendation and word of mouth and although we are very proud of our reputation we are never complacent. We like to be straightforward and businesslike, but always friendly and approachable. Certainly, our ethos is to treat people in the way that we would like to be treated ourselves.

The three partners all live locally and are steeped in property matters with a long and reliable track record in the estate agency world. Two of the partners are Chartered Surveyors and the third is a sales and marketing specialist. This professional background and range of experience combined with in-depth local knowledge and contacts built up over many years is rare amongst estate agents today.
