The food looks good but is very poor. The waiting time is long, even if you ask for it to be quick. They say "In a hurry? Let us know and we'll deliver your food within 15min": NOT TRUE. The tables are not cleaned and seats and floors dirty. Staff is nice. Food was hot and the quantity ok.
Quite possibly the biggest rip off in any airport I have visited. The food is absolutely dreadful. Fish and chips would maybe be enough for a child. £11.75 ......I could feed a family of 4 for that. Sadly no competition for this disgrace of a place. Some would be good. Judging from other reviews they clearly have no interest in improving. All the staff should be wearing a mask.....dick Turpin used one when he was robbing people. Avoid at all costs...sadly you are probably reading this after you have been fleeced. Just to add after complaining to the airport I got a full refund.......if your not happy it makes sense to complain.
It's not great. Cutlery is dirty, tabletops sticky, service is perfunctory, food is okay. But it's this or Costa. What are you going to do?
Just back from a Golf trip with a group of friends. Ordered two small bottles of Heineken zero in a pint glass as not drinking, plus two pints of normal beer. The pint of NA came to £14.40! This was double the cost of the alcohol pint. Absolutely disgusting pricing by an airport bar, no excuses at all and even the staff said so when questioned if the charge was correct!
I have given this restaurant 1 star & that’s been generous. Had to wait 40 mins for our meal which we asked several times & reminded the staff that we had a flight to catch. Normally I would have walked out & demanded my money back but 2 hungry children prevented that but on hindsight I should have done just that. When the food appeared it was cold & over cooked the staff were disinterested. If I’d had more time I’d have ensured that I got a full refund.
Really bad experience. Ordered the chicken wings and they were served to me black from over-cooking. I sent them back and the next lot can out exactly the same! Obviously the chef is either sight-impaired or simply doesn't care. The only positive note is that the barmaid was very helpful, understanding and courteous.
As the only place to eat in the airport, it fills a hole. Just be prepared to wait a long time. It's obviously not silver service, that's ok, but staff can't get away from your table quick enough. Had to ask twice for mayonnaise, it arrived when I had finished my meal and it was obviously served to another table prior. All aside, the burgers tasted great. The stomach pain we had two hours later wasn't pleasant though. :/
Arrived mid-afternoon. Only one member of staff visible. Tried to find a table that did not need to be cleared from the last customer. I wasn't successful. Unless you really want an alcoholic drink, give it a a miss.
Postmix coke was terribly sweet and chicken burger terribly salty. Not to mention the other burger. And coffee tasted like from my grandma not good I'm not very strict but this wasn't good at all
Very poor. Chicken "caesar" was gem lettuce, a little anonymous dressing, croutons and, er, chicken. Tepid underbrewed tea. Rackety tannoy music. No idea.
