Great little local pub, it's kind of a hidden gem for people who aren't local. It is clean and runs very well. I do not go in a lot but as pubs go one of the better ones I've ever been in.Food: 4/5
7 real ales. A great pub. Not a shop. Outside space on a sunny day. Decent prices and excellently kept real ale. Always a dark on.Service: 5/5
Friendly local pub. Really good selection of ales.Service: 5/5
Lovely pub! Great selection of real ales, staff friendly and helpful, and curry night on Wednesday evenings although Ihaven't tried it. Top notch pub!Service: 5/5
Excellent local pub with a very old fashioned pub vibe. Went on a Thursday for an event and the pub were doing Thai curry. Really tasty and so fresh and clean! Great friendly service and very busy - a good sign! I think they do food once a week at least, it’s not every night.Food: 5/5
Wonderful local pub, which I can really respect as they often stock a lot of locally brewed beers and always seem to have a good selection. Absolutely love the back room, which was decorated a vibrant orange but looks really sweet when the fairy lights come on. Will definitely be visiting again and hopefully be able to try their Thai curries. That’s if there is a suitable vegetarian option.
Wonderful pub tucked away in a residential area. Great range of beers, the Goodens Gold and Dark Star APA were particularly good. Will be making the journey from Lee on Solent again to here.
ONE OF THE BEST CURRIES I HAVE EVER EATEN and I lived in Birmingham for 10 years, 10/10Food: 5/5
Excellent Southampton pub about 20 minutes walk from St Mary's Stadium. Nine cask beers on handpump when I last visited including a porter. A few tables outside some of them covered. Not too busy before the Spurs game.
A Southampton institution. Fantastic cask beer. A real pub interior, convivial conversation with space to chill on your own. Great service. What's not to like?
