I like the frangrance shop as a whole & they always have great offers on in store and online. I am an online shopper, I prefer to browse the web. Whenever I purchase my perfume I reserve it at this store as I work nearby & every time I collect it the lady always tells me off for buying online. She says I should have come into the store & to make sure I do it next time. I know she has done this to my partner too. I'm fed up of explaining myself that I now no longer purchase from this store & have resorted to using other competitive stores. It's just put me off completely. I'm happy to have a chat when I collect my items but I just feel she's rude. The range of perfumes is great & prices are good I just would prefer not to be hassled for my preferred method of buying.
