Wow great service from Peter on furniture . Bought a westbury sofa and a carpet then got even more discount on my carpet. Great knowledge a pleasure to shop. And got a 5 year cover for my furniture and 24 months to pay. So helpful thank you Peter

Most the staff friendly and helpful especially have to mention the staff on the ysl, clarins, decleor and aveda counters .The only bad experience was on the Clinique counter very rude unfriendly staff but can’t them ruin the overall rating of the place.

Lifts close before shop so wife had to leave with baby granddaughter while daughter was still trying on a dress upstairs !

Disgraceful customer service. A disappointing visit to a well established department store. Sadly despite the volume of complaints launched upon House of Fraser regarding customer care there has been no improvement. I went to use the restrooms and found them in a disgusting state. Upon reporting this to a near by store assistant I was simply glared at. I won't be going back there in future. There are better places to take my custom. Places that value good service.

Staff in Maidstone Store incredibly friendly and helpful, but more importantly I have had to make various calls to Customer Services, staff mostly all polite and helpful, but was so impressed with LULEME he was the most calming and friendly person I have ever spoken to. He deserves every thanks possible for giving me clear, honest advice and he went to lengths to unravel the delay I have experienced. Huge thanks to him, I realise the phones are constantly busy but he was unbelievably brilliant at making me feel calm and confident in all he said - he was totally correct and the problem has now been solved. How important this service is, well done to him and all he does. Best of luck for the future Leleme.
