Called in to the shop today. Both of the ladies were very friendly and helpful. The shop was well stocked with all sorts of lovely things. They chatted and fussed with my labrador puppy and made her feel relaxed and welcome. I will definitely be back soon.

Staff are super friendly and give good advice. Of they don't know something, they will research it for you. They are constantly being trained, particularly in the field of pet nutrition as it is forever changing and sometimes branded food qualities get worse or better
