At Marks & Spencer Maidstone there is a great selection of products including food, flowers, clothes and homeware. The shop itself is clean and tidy, and the staff friendly and helpful. The shop is usually very busy with a range of customers but customer service is still very good and wait times to be served are short. Overall I was very happy with my most recent experience of Marks & Spencer Maidstone.

Just a quick look to see the new seasonal clothes and make a couple of purchases. A small but friendly store with helpful check-out assistant.

Fairly small, not one for your weekly shop if you have a large family. Still adequate if you want quality supermarket food for an individual or couple. Clothing section is larger than the food section, also has a small cafe.

They can be a little bit pricey, but the quality of the clothing is excellent. Their bra fitting service is top notch. Both myself and my daughter have been measured. My daughter aged 12 will only allow herself to be measured and fitted by M&S ladies.
