Donated Kingsize Mattress meant to be collected between 9am - 5pm 11th January, not only did not turn up, not even a phone call, really disappointed, waste of a day, whilst trying to do something good, would not recommend Maidstone store at all! Would not have given any stars, but cannot post without!

I would not recommend this sevice. I have been let down twice this week ,the first time I wasn't even notified that the collection of 12 items of furniture wasn't going to be collected 2nd time after waiting another whole day call 1h 30 mins after end of collection time had ended very poor service never try using them again .

I ARRANGED A COLLECTION WITH THE MAIDSTONE BRANCH 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE RANG THEM 3 TIMES DURING DAY OF COLLECTION THEY ASSURED ME MY ARMCHAIRS WOULD BE PICKED UP EVEN WHEN I RANG AT 5PM THEY STILL TOLD ME THEY WOULD COLLECT THEM SPENT DAY OFF WORK NO ONE TURNED UP A WASTED DAYS AND A LOSS OF EARNINGS VERY BAD SERVICE I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM AS NOT RELIABLE I WILL NOT DONATE TO THE FOUNDATION MY MONEY IN FUTURE AS THEY ARE A LET DOWN !!
