Friendly, helpful staff. Good variety of games, gadgets and goodies for the gamer in your life. Can get quite busy at times but queues move pretty quickly so not the end of the world.

£61.99 wasted Bought wireless Xbox one controller with play and charge kit Took said items home and connected to my laptop Item is none Bluetooth and only connects wired which defeats the idea of play and charge kit. Took back to Maidstone store next day and asked to swap for Bluetooth version and spotty goofy manager offered me zero return policy and £30 trade in I said to the boy on the till I was only using it for laptop when I bought it And on my receipt it say for return policy see reverse and guess what.. back off receipt is blank
