One of the worst customer services , initially went to have sim transferred into a new phone , something had clearly gone wrong as my number had been swapped and some stranger had now gotten my number which we tested before making a second visit to which I was met with an arrogant , rude and condescending manager, avoiding to take some responsibility, in the end I had to get a new sim as "all of a sudden" my old sim was faulty and lost all the contacts on my old sim and left disgruntled by poor service, I have been a long serving customer and have been to the store before and never had been met with such bad service. Even if something had gone wrong if I was met with good service I would not have written this.

Great store. Great service. I've always bought my phones from this store and have always found the staff to be helpful and knowledgeable.

Despite my fondness for the mobile phone network, I've only ever found the staff in this store unhelpful.
