Visiting from Australia and had my eye on some watches for a couple of years. I wanted to wait to purchase so I could go in and experience the store and see the watches in person. I am so glad I got to visit while I was in London. I met the owner of the brand and could experience the store right in Camden market. I ended up leaving with two watches and will be purchasing more in the future. The quality of the customer service and also the watches are faultless!
The most amazing little company. Beautiful watches with great stories attached to them, and at a good price too. Lovely decorated inviting shop. Enthusiastic great staff who are not at all pushy. Customer service after you buy is second to none as well. Absolutely love this place. A must in Camden, especially if you need a lovely gift for someone, or a treat for yourself.
My wife bought me the “5 year edition” and it is amazing. It looks awesome, clean, the design is simple but very attractive. I am so so happy with it. Worth every single £. 10/10 PS: We live in The Netherlands, being this close the UK we still had to pay customs, so please take this little “extra” in your budget before buy it!

The products are excellent value for money and the after sales service could not be better. I’ve had my watch for 3 years and it’s worked perfectly. I did have a small issue with changing the battery only because my local jeweller was reluctant to remove the back through fear of damaging it. So returned the watch to Camden who quickly an efficiently replaced the battery. These people are a delight to deal with. Highly recommended.
I bought a watch last year. The sales person in the shop was very helpful and gave good advice. Unfortunately the watch I got with me had a defect but I could get a new one no questions asked.
This morning before my flight to Amsterdam I managed to have some time to visit the store in Camden Town again. The lady there was really lovely. Great customer service and honestly I have to say that was my best customer service so far in London haha She shared the history and story behind it. Gave me my own time to consider my choice of watch, and show me the directions as well. Very considerate; And accidentally I got the chance to meet the designer of the watch which is so amazing!! I was looking for the automatic watch and in the end I purchased the one with rose gold. The store has fantastic designs and I almost lost track of time lol Great place to visit again. Can’t wait to get the pre ordered limited edition one in August!!!
I purchased my watch in the Camden Market store. The shopping experience was amazing, from the expertise of the staff to the quality and beauty of the watch designs. I would not hesitate to purchase another watch, and I live in the US. I also feel the need to compliment them on their outstanding customer service. When I purchased my first watch in April 2018, the crystal became scratched. When I visited the store again in September of 2018 the store personel said they would replace the crystal for free and ship it to me. WIthin a month and a half I had my watch repaired and shipped back to me in California- all free of charge. 5 stars all the way around!
Today I received my Camden watch after eight days. Impressions, Excellent company & customer service with a bunch of different products to buy watches, bags etc. I'm shocked about the quality of the No.88 watch and even more about the leather's quality also I appreciate their honesty about from which place their construction originates. My only suggestion that needs a little bit improvement is the shipping. I paid for express and it took so many days.
As an owner of three Camden watches my son also has one, it was great to finally get to visit the shop in Camden Market. Fabulous shop, and the lady there was just lovely, and really helpful. She even spotted that I had one of my Camden watches on, and gave it a clean for me. I definitely recommend a visit if you're in the area, and on the lookout for some classy & unique timepieces.
