Helpful staff!! Very impressed from the first call I made to book the hotel at the Avenue. Staff offered adequate info on how to get to the hotel from the train station being our first time. The Taxi service(s) Room: Adequate storage for your items. Shelves / Drawers In case your item(s) get slightly crumbled in your suitcase, there is a mini ironing board and an iron for you to straighten them before you step out.

We were treated to stay in the newly refurbished Fleming Suite and felt like we were living like royalty. The two large rooms and sumptious bathroom were fabulous. The staff were as helpful as the last time we stayed and the breakfast was just as delicious as before. Highly recommended for a special occasion. The new owners are making the Avenue Hotel a beautiful place to spend a special time away from home. Thank you.

This was a beautiful hotel. The service, food, and atmosphere were awesome. It was my first trip out of the country and I can’t wait to go back and stay at the AVENUE! I have stayed in many hotels while traveling and this was by far my best experience. It’s clean, bright, and welcoming. Hoping to return in warmer weather to walk the beautiful grounds. They went above and beyond for me and my husband. Thank you. The memories will be cherished.

My first trip overseas to England and I stayed at The Avenue Hotel in Brockhill Village for a live event training with the company I am partnered with and the hotel is charming. The staff were so friendly and kind, I felt right at home. The food is delicious and the atmosphere was so my style. I would recommend you stay here when touring the country side , it was a lovely experience!

This was my first opportunity to discover a beautiful corner of the UK that previously, I have always driven straight past on the busy M6 motorway. I am so grateful to have made this discovery. Tucked away within the security of a gated village is the delightful Avenue Hotel. Offering a very warm, village welcome. Clean comfortable rooms - the one I stayed in had an amazing shower. The quality of the food was excellent and if you like red wine, the Rioja is delicious. My overall impression relates to the country village lifestyle, whereby, people will always give you the time, that makes you feel that you matter - the personal touch. Discovering such warm hospitality, revealed an enterprise opportunity that means I will definitely be back and when I do go back, I will, without hesitation, be staying at The Avenue Hotel. 10*
