Picturesque spot with views over the Ribble Valley. Friendly staff.Location: 5/5
Stored our caravan here for the last two years on the new storage lockup. Great facilities as there is plenty of security and has loads of space for getting in and out and also has a space for washing your van with ELU .This lockup works well for us as turn left and head to the M6 turn right and head down the A59 to Yorkshire, can't beat it.
Can't comment on the holiday home side of the park as I only use it for caravan storage. Excellent service and a top notch site. Never had any issues and it's very secure.
We have had the privilege of living on this Beautiful caravan site for the last 15 years and we must say that it’s been the best move that we’ve ever made, it’s like being on holiday every day, the site is kept in immaculate condition, a gardening team mow the lawns and keep it all looking beautiful, it’s a really relaxing place to live, with beautiful walks through the woods at the bottom of the site, and we have a lovely Lilly pond to sit around, and if you love horses then we have stables and full facilities at the front of the site, if you’re looking for place to live then this is the very best in the area, 5 Stars *****

A lovely holiday caravan park set in the heart of the ribble valley nestled between the rivers Calder and Ribble. The owners are always warm and welcoming. The park is always clean and tidy and quiet and relaxing. Nice walks around the park with views into the ribble valley.
One of the best and most secure caravan parks I've come across. Very friendly, super clean and tidy. Fantastic views of the Ribble Valley.

My parents are residents on this site & have been for a number of years , it's a beautiful friendly peaceful site well worth visiting
