After receiving a notification around 3 months ago that they couldn't accept us due to upgrades and covid , we have not received any refund and they will not respond to any emails. I know 3 other families who are having the same situation as me. Very poor management of their hotels.
Excellent value for money. Great location. Comfortable bed. Nice shower. Clean and tidy.
I love it very freindly worker
Pleasant enough stay given extra towels on request however had to use overcoat as additional pillow as they could not provide us with another and as I have copd I often need to sleep in a semi recumbant posture. Otherwise the room was of a satisfactory rate of cleanliness and had most of what we required.
Excellent location. Rooms were good to rest and easy access to underground metro stations
