I never experienced such rude managers and floor workers. Just because of the printer didn't print my receipts I have to wait for 30 minutes, that's a joke and I was asking the floor workers and he was very rude and he just gave me his back and walked away from the self checkout and then I had to rise up my voice and I admit that. So after that the girl who works on help desk heard my voice. Then she called the store manager and the floor workers said no managers in store and you can leave and we can refund your money next week. So finally the manager came showed up and you can tell he wasn't English and you can tell from his Polish accent. He started showing me he's anger by hitting the printer and he called the security to show me the door. And I was asking him nicely and he wants to show me his muscle and throw my shopping to my face. Absolutely out of order and very rude. I will thank the guy who works always there and he knows me very well. I'm sure he wasn't manager and just night shift leader.i hope they won't delete the camera record and I will tell my lawyer to ask for the full record. I really i want to see those people faces in court how it will look like.
Always a loyal customer. Can buy good quality products for a reasonable price. Can find a variety of products.
Store is ok veg not so fresh, and clothing section can be rather messy. The main tills are never open so it's a nightmare if you do a big shop. Trolleys, we're all tangled too so it took me ages to get a trolley and then to put it back.
A well-equipped store, you can get in line at the cash register relatively quickly. The sellers are nice and helpful. The toilet is clean.
