Zero stars. The car park of this Sainsbury's had a massive queue to come out, which has taken us one hour to clear, absolutely no exaggeration. I called customer service to complain to be told, 'It's not their problem, they don't own the car park!' It would appear it is a recurring problem as she seemed to hint it was a problem of the design of the car park and nearby roundabout. Wow, what awful service! We are their customers, and they couldn't give a damn. On this day, all they needed were a few members of staff to filter and funnel each lane of traffic joining the queue to come out, to make the exit process less chaotic and more equitable. As we were in a far corner of the car park, we were in the worst position to exit. None of the cars slowly swooping around on the exit lane would let us in. As we approached that point, I had to get out and stand in the lane between two cars to stop a car moving so we could get into that lane. We will not be going to this awful Sainsbury's ever again and truly regret wasting our Easter Friday afternoon here. Disregarding your customers' time and comfort is very poor service. Sort your car park out!

Incompetent management. Can't fix a broken step for 2 years. Blocked entrance. Annoying security guards. Management has told them to stand at the entrance facing the customers and give them surly looks as they walk in. A genius idea to discourage theft. Which they presume from everyone who walks in. Very welcoming. Toilets always trashed and broken. Nobody on tills. Expect queues. Just a mess.
I have been shopping here for over 25 years. Sometimes the experience is good other times you meet lovely, helpful people.nNow there is self checkout but the elderly don’t know how to use it so maybe there should be a priority lane for them. Argos have also moved into Sainsbury which makes it more convenient.nI love the bakery section and lots of variations of bread and pastries. There’s a small section for Kitchenware, toys and clothing. Pharmacy is okay.nCompared to Tesco and Asda some products are better. Nice selection of flowers near the cigarette counter. Free parking space and wheelchair accessible.
Grocery store and competition with Tesco and Morrison. Have good competitive prices for food. Largely parking spaces for customers. Very good customer service.
