Great service front the lady on the till this morning. Friendly and full of energy.

I visited the store today and bought the cauldron falafel which was expired yesterday 12/03/2022 10:33. No expire details on the baguette too!! My bad Ii found out that only after came home unbelievable experience today and never go again to this store ever.

'0' customer service.nStaff with casual attitude, been shopping at this tesco for last 6 months,  yet they ask me to open my shopping by the door.nLack customer recognition.nPathetic service.

Sad to say that racism comes from all colours and race and can be aimed at anyone that doesn’t fit in with the majority. I was prejudiced and singled out by a member of staff that had nothing better to do and will not be visiting this branch of Tesco again anytime soon. Not fussed as on previous occasions I had stood in queues at tills for longer than any customer would have the patience for normally . They seem under staffed and overworked and out of their depth at busy times. No parking for customers and a small untidy branch with little variety of products. Don’t waste your time here if you want a proper Tesco use the larger store further up Dunstable rd and it will be quicker overall with trained staff with the tills needed and variety of stock there is no doubt this is the better option

Got delivered by the ‘whoosh’ app, paid a fiver for delivery but 90% of items were missing, still got charged full delivery fee. Terrible service, could have just called for alternative options. Will never ever use again.
