Excellent staff let down by appalling website service booking procedure. Firstly it doesn't match the sites to the type of vehicle, lets you book a car into a van only dealership then allows you to book an service for dates they aren't open and at times they aren't available, but a 25 minute phone call can easily sort that out. Yes it took 25 minutes to book a service... Parking is also bit of an issue here, narrow spaces and the usual numpties who then park opposite so you can't then get out of the space. Which you couldn't blame Evans Halshaw for if they weren't stock vehicles abandoned following a service. Can't fault the service quality though although the guy that does the valeting could do with longer arms as he doesn't actually clean the roof no matter how wet he gets it. "I throw water on now look shiny".

Not used them very often prefer local garage.. When used staff were helpful and attentive. Reception area very pleasant with top of the range cars on view.

What a joke of a company please be aware of how underhand they are ! Firstly paid the £200 move me closer fee on a bmw which was still available on the day I phoned the Coventry branch but I received a phone call saying it was not on site and had been sold 5 days earlier ! Oh come on. So I decided to view an Astra in Chester all booked in see you between 10 and 11 nope the car wasn’t on site it was in the prep area ! Great 90 mile round trip boom wasted ! Please read the reviews don’t do it !!

Book my car in for repair last week for today rang up 3 time but still not looked at. I am now told tomorrow but what's the point in booking a day and they can't do it. I also bought the same car from here and when I turned up to pick it up the salesman forgot we were coming and it still had the for sale sign on it. Didn't even clean it. Completed joke this company. Once my car is fixed I am never going there again. SHOCKING

I recently used this dealership for the first time (second year service). The service was completed within the agreed timescale. The site itself is a bit of a hotch potch with far too many vehicles on site (new and second hand) which meant that finding a car parking space proved difficult. I finally found a spot but it was far too tight for comfort. The reception area is very small with no decent waiting space or free refreshments. The showroom is also very small and is not very welcoming for potential customers. I have previously used OMC Ford in Oldham and their facilities are far far better. If I was to replace my current vehicle in the future I would probably visit another dealership as I would feel that I would be given far better attentive service.
