Inchcape Land Rover Chester

Have left Hunter's bad review in the past so was not sure about even going there again but we did. A very helpful but not pushy Sales man Philip Bush spoke to us about changing our vehicle. He was knowledgeable about our requirements & the price offered for our vehicle was fair, most importantly we were not ignored this time although they were busy. We did the deal & it all went smoothly very pleased with the service we received from Phil & would recommend. Very pleased with the Landrover as well

We visited Hunters Land Rover Chester on Friday and took delivery on the following Wednesday. I was recommended by a friend who had purchased a car the week before, having relayed the level of service he experienced was flawless. Very easy going & knowledgeable salesman (Nick Bibby) explained all and nothing was too much trouble. I have no doubt we will be returning for our next car when due. Thank you !!!

Purchased my car at Hunters Land Rover Chester over 5 years ago and always have it serviced and everything else there. Last week I rang Hunters/Inchcape as battery warning light came on. They couldn’t give an appointment for 8 days. I then rang Peacock Garage Services, they took my car in and fitted a new battery within 2 hours for me so no more worries about it not starting in the cold weather.

No parking while New showroom being prepared - advised by passing person to park in tiny space that was impossible to get in or out of. Completely ignored by staff inside. Didn’t look out of the window once. Too busy chatting. Parked at Tesco’s down the road. Entrance not obvious so stood at window and again ignored by 3 chatting receptionists. Shown car of interest by disinterested salesman who as I was there without my partner seemed to think I deserved little interest or attention. Will go elsewhere.

Where do I start a appalling service from start to finish. Take your hard earned cash and buy any of the competitor vehicles you may of considered from BMW to Bentley your money would be better spent. With the reliability of a chocolate teapot these vehicles should not be seen in anyway prestigious.
