I was booked in to see Dr Jackson about some moles I was concerned about. He talked me through everything was super chill and helped put my mind at ease. I was also referred to a specialist for further investigation. The whole process from start to finish was seamless. Oh yeah, and my moles are fine, just in case you wanted to know ; -seen at start of June
Staff here lack and consideration or compassion for the sick people that they deal with. It's difficult to get any communication from there side, reception staff don't listen. Simple admin, which their website states takes 2-3 working days, consistently takes more than a week. When doctors working on your case take days off, you don't get referred to someone else in the building who can help, you have to wait until that person returns without any thing being told to you. The medical professionals are likely to tell you that ' It is probably something you are just going to have to deal with for the rest of your life' instead of actually trying to find the cause of your ailments. If you seek medical help, I urge you to look elsewhere
There are a few lovely staff member that work here, But all in all the worst GP practice I’ve ever encountered. Disorganised, a few very rude reception staff. No one knows what what’s going on half the time and i get more information out of a banana than when I get ahold of a member of staff on the phone here. Wouldn’t be surprised if they didn’t know the difference between left and right. Entitled! When doing nothing for patients.
Lovely helpful reception staff that have helped me numerous times. And the Doctors I have seen have all been extremely kind and made me feel very comfortable they also did not rush me through the appointments and have followed up with me on several things overall as a relatively new patient I am extremely happy with the care I receive.
Very good GP practice I have to say the nurse is just wonderful! The doctors I have been treated by are very understanding. And the reception are lovely.
Horrible! disgusting GP with some very rude and careless reception staff! Trying to make an appointment is impossible sometimes as they will hang up on you twice then say there are no appointments today try again some other day. The booking system needs to be changed and improved ASAP.
My partner and I have only ever had good experiences here - sure the appointment booking isn’t the most convenient but we’ve never not been able to get an appointment, and now we can be seen face-to-face without needing a telephone consultation first. We’ve always found the reception staff to be great and the doctors and nurses are excellent, appointments always time and they seem to genuinely care about your problems and want to help. I would really recommend this GP :
In these unprecedented times this surgery is going above and beyond for all its patients. The reception team have a hard job and are very helpful. Yes the phone lines are very busy in the mornings but this is the same at all doctors surgeries. It is great that you can get a same day telephone appointment enabling your medical concern to be sorted out quickly and efficiently. Texts are good and the online services. The nurses are lovely and the GPS are caring and very very proactive. BORCHARDTGP text to patients is an excellent idea. It shows caring and compassion
Excellent Doctors at this GP practice but reception staff are rude and unprofessional, plus it’s near impossible to get an appointment. Even though I probably owe my life to one of the doctors’ here they recognised salmonella poisoning and referred me to hospital just in time, I wouldn’t recommend this practice. To get an appointment on average you need to ring over 50 times at 8:30 a.m usually to be told by the receptionist to try again tomorrow as all the appointments have gone.
I've just moved out of the area after being registered with this practice for 8.5 years. I really couldn't fault them at all, I was always able to get an appointment on the same day through calling up when the open albeit the phones are busy for those slots. The reception staff were always helpful and friendly, and I have felt very well supported and looked after my the medical staff. Sad to leave, they've set a high bar for my next GP!
