Great practice. Been coming here for years. They have always been very supportive and helpful. I've had no issue with my shared care for gender affirmation care which I later learned can be difficult!. More recently I've been seeing nurses there and they are lovely! Jenna has been fantastic, really friendly and put me at ease. Thanks The Docs!

The Docs is an incredibly warm and welcoming GP surgery. The receptionists, nurses and doctors are friendly, empathetic and supportive.  Previously to The Docs I was at several other GP surgeries which made me anxious and reluctant to book appointments because of how I was treated at those surgeries. The Docs has absolutely changed my view and mind about GP surgeries.  The surgery is always immaculate, the rooms are clinical but also bright, welcoming and comfortable.  I cannot fault this surgery whatsoever.

Great doctors. Despite the damage the government has done over the past decade+ to the NHS, this doctors has managed to remain timely and attentive. I've never had a bad experience with a doctor or nurse at this practice, and have always been made to feel welcome. The staff are empathetic towards patients in my experience which is so lovely and not an easy task to do day after day.

Couldn’t believe how low the rating is! I’ve been here just over a year and it’s the best GP practice I’ve ever been a patient at. Dr Singh especially but everyone I’ve had appointments with have been lovely and it’s so fast and convenient to book in.

I was suffering with mental health due to a professional burnout. I came in a terrible shape to Dr. N. Sutherland, who was kind and attentive during our sessions and helped me find the right medication and wellness plan to get back to normal. After 4 months of her support, I was finally able to have enough strength to resolve my occupational challenge and even start a new chapter of my life. I am extremely grateful to The Docs and Dr. Sutherland who helped me through this rough recovery journey in a very kind and most patient-centric way possible. Can only recommend if support is required.

I saw Zain today- very warm and friendly manner. I felt that he was interested in me and listened to what my concerns were and then addressed them perfectly. He was not rushed and gave me plenty of time to ask questions etc. Overall I was really happy with how the consultation went. Zain is excellent!! Thanks so much!

My husband and I were registered at this surgery 10 years ago, then moved abroad. We have returned & re registered, the process was speedy, efficient and helpful, a small problem was considered and over ridden manually to complete the process.  More importantly our first need for help has been met with such speedy, responsive and kind support I wanted to share it. I have spoken to reception for advice once and used the emergency talk to a doctor line twice over the last four days. I’ve been in acute pain and quite frightened to be honest and the two doctors and lovely receptionist have been supportive, patient, reassuring and very kind. Prescriptions arrived within minutes to our local pharmacy and the pain is coming under control. Today the doctor was asking me how soon I felt I could get to the surgery so I can be seen physically & checked over… So far so good and very much appreciated!

This GP refuses to give me an appointment face to face and instead keeps asking me to send photos for telephone appointment. I keep explaining to them that I need help for a skin issue that photos can’t show well enough/to the satisfactory detail but they don’t seem to pay attention to my concerns, requests or mental health this issue is triggering a lot of anxiety in me. Furthermore, the telephone appointments wait time is very long. Their online system / their reception takes very long to reply.

I've been a patient at this Doctors for about 8 years now and noticed quite a few negative reviews. I just wanted to balance it out with a positive one - have never had any bad experiences with them, have always found them helpful, friendly , attentive and reliable, and certainly one of the two best medical practices I've used  and there's been many!.

Doctors are great and helpful. The admin and receptionists are nosy as hell. They won't give you an appointment if you are vague about your medical needs. They always seem to want your full medical history when it's none of their business.
