The appointment went smoothly and the service was good I am satisfied with everything Thank you.
The staff are really really rude and unfriendly. Given a chance I would Opt out of this practice. 1 doctor at north Trafford group practice and 10 doctors at Seymour grove. ?? What logic is this ? And we have to go to seymour grove to have an appointment. 3 days wait time. Joke of the century.
Been messed about for 3 days now. Put in a request for a phone call and hours later. I found my request was shut down with no phone call, no message, NOTHING. Can tell staff are incompetent and couldn’t care less to listen to their patients, never mind giving them the time of day. Absolutely fuming. Do not recommend this place at all, disgusting attitudes
Submitted a request through askmygp 3 days later had a message saying 'Dr Prasad has completed this request' despite no contact at all
This place either needs closing down or everyone there needs to be replaced with caring decent doctor's. I've been going to this place for all my life and never really used them never needed to until now but these past 4 years I've had the same serious problem which is getting progressively worse everyday and yet they still ignore everything I say. Im in chronic pain everyday and everytime I get in contact with them they try and guess my problems and prescribe me with tablets without examining me maybe they're just sick of reading my emails and have had enough of me that they just keep basically not doing theyre jobs right yet if they did theyre jobs right i wouldnt need to go back i wouldnt need to keep messaging. Do not go here find a new gp a better one and if you do go here i hope you get treated better than I do.
They have lost the last 4 prescription requests in a row, have to chase it up every time, receptionist asks when did you send? She can't find it, I don't know how they get away with being so incompetent for so long. The GP's never stay long, they all seem jaded and depressed, one of them asked me what I wanted, a sick note? as a remedy to a case of cellulitis lol
Not had too bad of an experience so far. However, they still haven't enabled an initial registration process online. You have to physically go there and pick up paperwork. Very old fashioned! As someone who supports people in care this just wastes more valuable time when I could easily take my clients on the day, get them to sign and show their ID then we're done. An online service would allow me to increase valuable time, as I'm sure it would the practice along with them saving on paperwork and ink.
Appallingly service, was told to call at 8am, on hold for 10mins, got through and was told to make an appointment through AskMy Gp app, did this and as usual I couldn't make an appointment as the app is even worse than the service at the docs!! Phoned back immediately and on hold for 20 mins, to make an appointment over the phone which i could have done in the first call!! Then the doctor didn't call fie a phone consultation, I called back twice to be told the doctor will call you! 4.30 he called and said the receptionist will call me back with an appointment for Monday- they didn't call back so once again I called them only to be told I'll get a call on Monday!! Still no appointment and it's a potentially serious medical issue i have!!!!! Receptionists are rude bullies. I'm leaving this terrible practice.
I have been a patient for 10 plus years over that time I have seen the practice decline and the last couple of years it has been a joke from the rude staff to the complete disregard for my prescription willing to leave me without medication because my prescription was not signed, telling them I need to pick it up before work and it falls on deaf ears when it should be ready to them blaming it on the chemist or them telling me I didn't request it, they tell lies just so they don't have to deal with you and if you do raise a valid question they either hang up or threaten you the practice is a complete joke. should be no stars
HORRIBLE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. The reception staff are horrible. When you ring up they tell you lies and when you query it in surgery they play dumb. A reception/waiting area that looks like it’s stuck in the 80s. No automatic doors at entrance which is difficult for wheelchair users and parents with pushchairs. A front desk which is behind a large plastic wall and they open a small hatch to talk to you through!! It’s like one of those safety windows in a bank, hilarious! Mess up with peoples records and just tell you bare faced lies about this and that. Say they will get back to you ASAP that day and they just don’t even contact you at all. You constantly have to chase them up for important things and it’s exhausting!! They’ve well and truly drained me! I can’t go into the specifics as I don’t want to be identified posting under a pseudo name obvs but STAY CLEAR for your own sanity if nothing else.
