This practice has been the best practice I have ever been registered at. The receptionists who have a vital job as they are the first port of call, do not get enough recognition. They are kind, compassionate, sympathetic and the ones I have come across have bent over backwards to help me in any medical / administrative matter I have needed dealing with. They ate absolute stars! Every single clinical member I have spoken to or seen also have been compassionate, informative, sympathetic, understanding and patient and have got me through some tough times. I honestly do not know what I would do without their help and am extremly grateful. Bodey medical is an extremely fantastic practice, all staff included. The appointment system is easy to use, you are informed the same day if you will receive an appointment. Waiting times are great. I have been here around 7 years and Bodey looked after my grandmother before me.. My hat goes off to the practice. 10/10. Thank you :
I've been with Bodey Medical for years and have always received an excellent standard of care. The Receptionists, Doctors and Nurses I've seen throughout the years have always been kind, respectful and empathetic, which I really appreciate. I would certainly recommend.
They are by far the best practice in the area. All the doctors and staff are extremely helpful and try their best to help patients with any issues. The-practice is constantly making improvements. They have introduced a new online appointment system which is great as we can book a same day phone consultation and should I need a face to face it is booked by the Dr you speak to for later the same day. The system also gives you the option to attach photos if necessary. They have lots of in house services that you can gain access to should it required. Can’t praise them enough.
Posting on behalf of my mum Denise Dunbar. My mum finds this practice outstanding. All the Dr's admin staff and nurses are very helpful. They always do their best to help you. My mum has multiple health issues and they always available to give advice.
The nurses and doctors at this practice are nice and helpful and I’d give them 5 stars, however wouldn’t say the same about reception. Have moved out of my old home over 2 YEARS AGO, Bodey Medical Centre was one of the first places I contacted to inform. Just found out that they’ve not changed it… And I have an ongoing issue, so I’ve been to the practice loads during those two years. I wonder how much time it would have saved me if they did and I received medical letters to my current address rather than the old one. A lady that works in the afternoon reception is incredibly rude and makes you feel like you’re dumb.. Another thing, although it is not the first time, but most recently I had a few appointments only to find out once I’m in the practice that I have no appointments for that day and time. Came the second time, apparently I’m too late although I’ve triple checked with the receptionist to be 100% sure while we were arranging the time over the phone. When I finally got to see the doctor, she said she had the same times and dates as me, and was waiting for me but I never showed up I did, both times, but thanks to constant reception mess up, the doctor never knew that I was there waiting. So many work holidays are wasted on their mess ups.. Lastly, I was invited to make an appointment, and once I came to it, the doctor said that again it must be a reception mess up as I’m not due for that appointment until 2024..
The most stupid center i have ever registered with they put a form online to full in for appointment that is not working all the time neither 8 o'clock or even 10 o'clock!!!! when u call the receptionist is not helpful at all and not listening to what u say the government need to do something about this center. Will try to reach third party to complain about them until someone do something about them.
Only been registered here a couple of months but first impressions are dreadful. Been told by two different people that they’d get back to me on an issue, and no one does. Rang again only to be fobbed off and told that I should make an appointment. An second appointment to chase what should have been sorted in the first appointment. What a joke. They’ve also tried to refer me to the wrong service which is pretty concerning.
I was with this surgery for 40 years and always received the very best treatment and care. Every member of the practice gives 100%. I was very sad to leave the practice when I moved out of the area. The practice I use now is so disappointing after such splendid experience at the Bodey Medical Centre.
As a new patient at the practice, I am delighted with the service provided. From reception to GP - everyone I’ve met is kind and helpful. Booking phone or in-person appointments has been easy too. Thank you
Very kind staff, the receptionist was very welcoming and the GP was extremely kind. If you are having issues with calling when it comes to booking, I really suggest visiting the place and making a face to face booking. I got one in 5 minutes. Very great place!
