I don't have any words to say about. I wasted my time to wait to see a nurse for blood test. I had a appointment paper in my hand. And they told me they can't make because they can't find my appointment. As a working mom without a car it is not easy to go there anytime when they want. The even don't want to solve the problem. Just told me go and get an other appointment by my gp. I am sure there is an other way but they did easiest way for them not the patients.
Good practice, doctors always listen and help. It's hard to make appointments, you need to call at a certain time, the thing is that other people also work and can't always call exactly at 9 am. Well, thanks anyway.
Staff and doctors are helpful however they lack internal communication and efficiency. I repeatedly have had appointments made that I've taken elderly patients to attend and upon arriving the Dr's asked ME what it's for. It was the receptionist who rang and said to come in the Dr needs to see them and the Dr's like "oh we've already rang you about this and discussed it" or "there's a change in your prescription". No wonder there's no appointments for other people when the Dr's are being booked for unnecessary appointments. Luckily we don't, but what if these patients, had taken time off work or a taxi only to be told this, what a waste of time.
Without a doubt the most unhelpful GP I’ve ever registered to. Complete shambles. I experienced negligence from staff from as soon as I tried to sign up with this GP practice as well as just been outright lied to. This GP should be completely ashamed of themselves.
I have started going to Droylsden Rd practice within Newton Heath Health Centre and I am sorry to say but the service has declined as info is only provided according to face value. In person I was told to call this line that is open from 8am to 4pm and then when I called in the line has shut for bookings at 8am. I asked if it was possible to book for another day and lady said that all pre books slots were busy until mid February. I just wanted to schedule a GP consultation to be referred to a Chiropractor but unfortunately personal interests comes before professionalism, and this greed for power is the reason why NHS ain't working. Now I have to call every morning at 8am to get this GP appointment for the day that it isn't my preference so I can be referred to chiropractor for my epilepsy. Sure, my health will wait until you decide I can come through reception ladies.
Just tried to make an appointment...knew that I would probably have to wait a few weeks....they said they are booked up day and evening for the next 3 weeks? Really!! BUT if I call at 9 am tomorrow they will have an appointmenthow if you are fully booked up. You keep taking on new patients but cannot see the patients you have had for 50years+
Somehow every time I call at 9am on the dot, I am 18th in the queue to get an appointment…when they bother to pick up my call, all appointments are gone. Terrible service.
If I could give Dr Ahmed no stars I would! Dreadful. I'm not sure how he manages to run a practice. Terrible care, none existent if I'm honest from the doctor. Rececption Staff try their best but there's only so much they can do
Absolutely diabolical how this surgery treats its patients. So rude and don't listen and the named GO never even sees patients and 90% of the time they put you in with clinicians that can't help. My advise is stay well away from this surgery find another with doctors that do what they are supposed too. They take an oath to help people never hurt people but they've left me and my 2 children to suffer knowing we all living with staphylococcus infection made us out to be crazy.. then when they finally have a letter from the dermatologist stating this they've now kicked me and my kids out but illegally so as they've dated letter 4th Sept and say they removing us by 12/09/23 so so weong
Always helpful. Sometimes it's difficult to get an appointment but that's obviously to be expected. Receptionist's & doctors are polite, Friendly & helpful. No bad words to say, been my family doctors for years
