Had a fantastic experience purchasing my daughters first car from Cartec. Great range of vehicles at very competitive prices. Picked up my new car today from Cartec and couldn’t be happier. Great, professional service from all within. Communicated throughout. Got the car sorted quickly and drove away with my new car within a week of seeing it. Couldn’t fault them.
Very friendly and efficient service. I was never hassled or chased around the premises whilst viewing. The car was presented in a very clean condition and all necessary checks were carried out. Phil communicated with me thoroughly and was very friendly and knowledgable.
I bought my Vauxhal. Corsa from Cartec about a couple of months ago but didn’t want to write a review until I had time to drive it for a while Making sure no faults. To be honest it’s probably the best experience I’ve had when choosing a car with not being pressured or followed around the showroom so that was good secondly Quincy spent a lot of time for me working out figures and the best finance deal to suit me and also a good price for my part ex. Would definitely buy another car from Cartec without any hesitation.
This is my fourth car from Cartec and I wouldn’t buy anywhere else, there no pressure no hassle approach to selling car is just what you need when making a big purchase, there after sales is second to none and there service department is great and fair. A big thank you to Quincy for sorting out yet another fantastic deal.
Very professional and good value. Good advice and work carried out to specification. The added touch was a clean car with wheel trims polished a bonus. My car was picked up and returned within 3hours —-very happy to recommend this company
We bought a used car on which a warning light started to appear after a few days. Despite our living in Edinburgh, the team at Cartec sent us a courtesy car and took our car back to their garage for checks and repairs before delivery back to us. Really painless experience and first rate after care. Great customer service.
Was travelling to see a car here so asked them if it was in good condition so I wasn’t wasting my time, I was told it was in mint condition and that I wouldn’t be disappointed. When I turned up the car had scratches all over and the leather interior was faded and marked, even the gear stick was all worn. I spent £100 on train and taxis for a wasted trip.
Amazing service from Quincy, went above & beyond to get me a good deal. Provided numerous pictures & a walk round video of the car as I don't live local. Will definitely return again in the future. Thanks again :
