First review ive ever left as this place is a joke got promised a car wednesday then saturday then the following wednesday they lost the locking wheel bolt key was promised vw ones nd euro car part ones have been put on theyve lost a wheel bolt cap then when i asked for the handbrake adjusted they cut corners by not taking the drums off and doing it by the cable they dont have a clue!!!

Can’t believe how easy and professional the team at North Shields make buying a new car. Recently bought a Renault Kadjar, the car has been fantastically presented and is now pride of place on our drive. From the first visit, Lee Goodman, Nick Tynan and the reception staff made us feel very welcome. Lee took us very efficiently through the buying options, dealt with the trade-in very fairly and gave us every confidence that we were getting an excellent deal. This is the 2nd car we have bought here, having previously bought a Mini Countryman. The customer service we received encouraged us to return when upgrading our other car. Highly recommend the team at North Shields, thanks guys 👍👍👍

Terrible experience, I first visited Motordepot to just have a look around, I did see a car that I liked, so myself and a sales rep went through all the paperwork, the payments did look okay but then I realised that I wouldn't be able to afford it. Before all of this I placed a deposit, which i do need refunded for. As I explained to the sales rep that I couldn't afford it he shook his head and sighed! I thought he must be joking around, he then stormed off without saying anything to me. He then came back to myself and said right you will need to go! no customer service what so ever with this company, avoid at all costs. To this day I'm still waiting to be refunded for my deposit even though I have rang 12 times.

Visited the Newcastle depot today for a car i saw online. Car was lovely but the sales rep 'Peter' was a little bit dodgy to say the least, he told my wife to stay sat down and let the men deal with it, the car was for her and not me. He then would not let me test drive the car until the figures had been discussed, my part ex was then underpriced and no movement was possible. Very poor customer service in my eyes. Maybe if i actually test drove the car first, i might of paid the difference and let the underpriced valuation go over my head. This place will definatly be avoided in future.

I regret purchasing a car from here. I was unhappy with the car as it kept breaking down and had to get fixed about 4 Times in the last 5 months it had been purchased. I requested to buy a new one and was told no and I had to wait. I waited and then was put on hold for a longer wait, then was on hold for an even longer wait. I recently tried to buy one but I was let down again. I will try again but I wouldn’t recommend buying a car from here.
