I’ve had my unit for 1.5 years now and am managing payments etc from abroad.
Nothing is ever a problem, like public holidays on payment day for example. One phone call to Paul and it’s sorted.
I’ve been back recently to check on my things. No damp, and everything secure just as I left it.
When I originally moved my things in nothing was too much trouble. Boxes, tape, bubble wrap and a recommendation to a moving company.
All at very reasonable prices.

I have been using my storage unit now for well over a year and in that time I have found Paul to be really helpful, I receive a receipt through every month for the rental and I also find the site to be secure but still allowing for good access at the same time. The units are kept well and the so is the site in general. I would have no qualms in recommending StoreSafe to Friends/Family/Strangers.
